We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Makai. A luxury private residence overlooking the stunning St Brelade Bay.

Delivered in collaboration with C2C Construction, Riva Architects, RGA Consulting Engineers, Sika Waterproofing Products and Granite Products, this exceptional project showcases the value of close teamwork and technical precision.

Our scope comprised the construction of a reinforced concrete basement structure with an integrated pool and a two-floor reinforced concrete superstructure. The works required meticulous coordination between structural design, waterproofing systems, and construction sequencing to ensure long-term watertight integrity together with demanding tolerances for follow-on trades and Architectural features.

Throughout the build, we maintained a strong focus on health and safety while keeping a tight control of costs and delivering ahead of schedule.
